Wickford Crouch
Malcolm Buckley is seeking re-election in Wickford Crouch after serving 2 terms as County Councillor, he is also a serving member and former Leader of Basildon Council.
Highways and property matters are of particular interest to Malcolm recognising that almost every resident is affected by the policies governing these services. Leisure interests include angling so preserving our environment for future generations is also high on his agenda.
As a lifelong resident in the division Malcolm and his family use local services and he is concerned that healthcare, education and transport are not overwhelmed by the pressure to develop more homes in the area unless infrastructure is provided first.
